ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-day guarantee, you must demonstrate that you used the product consistently and as directed. Because results depend heavily on diet and activity, "no results" claims must meet all three of the following criteria:

30-day minimum use — You must have owned and actively used the device for at least 30 consecutive days before requesting a refund. Real physical change takes time.
Proof of usage — You must provide a photo of your completed Daily Usage Log (included in your welcome email or package) showing a minimum of 5 sessions per week throughout the period.
The lifestyle clause — Our guarantee is only valid when the device is used alongside a calorie-controlled diet. "No results" claims will not be accepted if the device was used as a substitute for healthy eating or regular physical activity.
Why these conditions exist
EMS is a tool, not a magic solution. Results depend on consistency, diet, and effort. These conditions protect the integrity of our guarantee and ensure it rewards the customers who genuinely commit to the programme.

CHANGE OF MIND
Accepted — unopened product only
Changed your mind before trying the product? No problem. Return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, completely unopened packaging with all seals fully intact.
⚠️ Not accepted — hygiene restriction
EMS devices that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This is a hygiene requirement — not a penalty. Once a wearable health device has been used, it cannot be resold to another customer.
Returns submitted after 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind reasons will not be accepted.

WRONG, MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We'll make it right
If your order arrives with the wrong item, a missing component, or any damage — we will resend or refund, no questions asked. You must submit your claim within 10 days of the delivery date with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
How to claim: Email info@voltform.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Important: Do not send your product back to the manufacturer or to VoltForm without first receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without authorisation will not be processed and cannot be refunded.

Send an email to info@voltform.co with your order number and the subject line: "Refund Request"

Attach your evidence
Include a photo of your completed Daily Usage Log and a short description of your diet and routine during the 60-day period. For damaged/wrong items, include clear photos or video of the issue.

Receive your RMA number
Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions.

Ship & receive your refund
Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable service. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect pad placement, or failure to follow safety instructions
Damage caused by items claimed more than 10 days after delivery
Returns sent without an authorised RMA number
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or customer unavailability
Original shipping costs paid at purchase
