ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time: 1 – 3 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched within 8–15 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day have the best chance of same-day processing. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Real-time tracking included
Every VoltForm order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. Track your order in real-time on our Track My Order page — no redirects, everything on one page.
Tracking not showing updates?
New tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to activate. International shipments may show gaps during transit and customs. If there are no updates after 7 days from your dispatch email, contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
⚠️ Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. VoltForm cannot predict or control these fees. Please check with your local customs office before ordering internationally.

Customs delays
If an order is held at customs and cannot be cleared within 15 days, we will resend a replacement order. International tracking updates may take longer than domestic — this is normal and not considered a shipping fault.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or undelivered orders
Australian orders: If undelivered after 35 days from dispatch, we will resend or refund. International orders: 45 days. Please contact support@voltform.co if your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes.
Failed delivery due to customer error
VoltForm is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or inaccessible location. Re-delivery costs in such cases are the customer's responsibility.

"Available for pickup" status
If your tracking shows "Available for Pickup" or "Awaiting Delivery Scan," please contact your local post office directly to arrange collection. If you've contacted them and still can't receive your parcel, email us with the post office's written response and we'll arrange a resend.

PEAK SEASONS & DELAYS

During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, public holidays) and in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather, carrier strikes), delivery times may be extended beyond standard estimates. VoltForm will proactively communicate any significant delays.
