VoltForm ("VoltForm," "we," "us," or "our") is an e-commerce brand selling EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) fitness devices, accessories, and digital training content via our website at voltform.co and through our Shopify-powered store.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from VoltForm. By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

By visiting voltform.co, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Currency: Prices may be displayed in AUD, USD, GBP, or other currencies depending on your location. Your bank or payment provider may apply foreign exchange fees — this is outside our control.
• Payment methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, Afterpay (buy now, pay later), Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all other payment methods displayed at checkout via Shopify Payments.
• Afterpay: Afterpay orders are subject to Afterpay's own terms and conditions. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to Afterpay's terms. Late or missed payments to Afterpay are governed by Afterpay directly — VoltForm is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by Afterpay.
• Payment security: All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. VoltForm does not store your card details.
• Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
• Promotional pricing: Discount codes and promotional prices are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, peak seasons, or force majeure events.

Our full Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

To initiate a return, email info@voltform.co with your order number. Do not return any item without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number — unauthorised returns will not be processed.

VoltForm EMS devices are fitness tools designed to complement a healthy lifestyle. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

• Always read the full instruction manual before use.
• Start on the lowest intensity setting (Mode 1) and increase gradually.
• Never use on the head, neck, throat, or directly over the heart.
• Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or sleeping.
• Consult your doctor or GP before use if you have any medical condition, are on medication, or are unsure about your suitability.
• Keep out of reach of children. This product is for adults aged 18 and over only.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read these safety guidelines and accept full responsibility for using the device safely and appropriately. VoltForm is not liable for injury, harm, or adverse effects resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

All content on voltform.co — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, training guides, and the VoltForm AI Coach — is the intellectual property of VoltForm and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.
• The 6-week EMS training programme and AI Coach content provided to customers are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• The VoltForm name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of VoltForm. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltForm excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Use or misuse of our products, including any injury or health complications
• Reliance on information provided on our website, training guides, or AI Coach
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to your personal data due to circumstances outside our reasonable control
• Any inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing caused by technical errors

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our website or purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect personal data (name, email, address, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform, which processes data in accordance with Shopify's own privacy policy and GDPR/privacy law compliance frameworks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of voltform.co shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

VoltForm operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you are entitled to under the ACL that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
